Can I get exclusive rights to my song?
Yes, you can purchase exclusive rights to your song for personal or commercial use for an additional $149.99.
What if I want changes after I choose my song version?
Once you’ve selected your preferred version, additional changes are not included in the package. However, we’re happy to discuss any requests, and additional modifications may be available for an extra fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalized nature of our work, we typically do not offer refunds once the songwriting process has started. If there’s an issue with the final product, please reach out, and we’ll work with you to make things right.
Can I request profanity in my songs?
You absolutely can! However, please note:
* We reserve the right to refuse any request for songs containing content we feel is derogatory toward a legally protected status (e.g., race, national origin, gender, sex, age, etc.).
* We generally avoid subject material with a political orientation.
If we refuse your request, you will receive a full refund.
How does it work?
Simply select a package, provide us with details about the story or message you want in the song, and we’ll get to work. You’ll receive either two or six unique versions (depending on your package) and can choose the one that resonates most with you.
How long does it take to receive my song?
Insta-Song – A personalized song delivered within 24–48 hours.
Premium Song – A fully customized and professionally produced song delivered in 4–5 days.
Need it sooner? Add expedited delivery for $49.99 to receive your Premium Song within 24–48 hours.
Will my song be radio-quality?
Absolutely. All of our songs are produced to meet high standards of sound quality, making them suitable for sharing, streaming, or gifting.
How is my privacy protected?
Your story and song are confidential and will not be shared or reused. We take privacy seriously and ensure your song remains unique and personal.
